713 students from 35 IUCEE institutions participated in our Pilot “IUCEE Soft Skills Course”. 350 of these students from 28 institutions Passed the course. Of these 189 Passed with Distinction.
The “IUCEE Soft Skills Course” was offered during August and September 2020, by Dr. Manu Vora, Chairman & President, Business Excellence, Inc., USA; IIT Chicago, M.S. CHE 1970, Ph.D. 1975, IIT Alumni Medalist, 2012.
The course consisted of a series of live webinars, live chat discussions, graded assignments and discussions. Modules covered were: Leadership Excellence, Effective Decision Making, Effective Time Management, Effective Team Work, Effective Project Management and Career Guidance. Faculty from the institutions assisted with mentoring the students and grading assignments.
