Hackathon Structure & Participation

Understand the structure, team format, and application flow for EduAIthon 2026.

Team Composition

Each team must include 3 students + 1 faculty mentor. The mentor should teach the selected course module or chapter for the prototype.

  • Bootcamp: Dec 2025 (Online)
  • Hackathon: Jan 8–10, 2026 @ GITAM University, Bangalore
  • Final Presentations: Jan 10, 2026

Venue & Platform

The on-site event will be held at GITAM University, Bangalore, as part of ICTIEE 2026. Teams will leverage AI tools such as Eduaide.ai, Glide, and NagiESchool.ai.

Hackathon Deliverables

Each team will submit the following deliverables for evaluation:

Empathy Mapping

Identify learner pain points and needs through detailed empathy mapping.

Ideation

Conceptualize innovative learning experiences supported by AI tools.

Prototype

Develop a functional prototype or digital demo demonstrating personalized learning.

Pitch & Presentation

Create a 5-min video pitch with a 3-slide deck to showcase the solution.

Reflective Journal

Submit a reflective journal detailing the design process, learning, and impact.
