Dr. Dhruv Chandel, Education-Technical Evangelist, Mathworks, India
Dhruv is an Education Technical Evangelist at MathWorks India. He works with universities across India to introduce computational thinking and Model-Based Design into the teaching and research curriculums. Dhruv earned his Master’s and PhD degrees in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Bath, UK. He has worked both in academia as well as industry, including three-and-a-half years with a startup wave energy company on bringing a prototype device to the commercial stage. He has over five years of experience in multidisciplinary engineering using systems modeling, control systems design and embedded programming.
